Our Finance and Performance Management Team seeks to hire an RPA Professional to drive the digitalization and automation of our business processes worldwide using different automation tools, mainly focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).As part of our multi-functional team, you will help shape the implementation phase of process automation in North America and act as a driving force, realizer, and technical sparring partner for automation projects nationwide.

  • You will work with the business process owners to ensure that the automation idea is documented correctly and in detail, considering the technical possibilities.
  • You ensure the execution of our automation and a sustainable solution in the event of an error by involving all affected parties.
  • You feel a high level of responsibility not only to develop a stable automation solution that meets the requirements of various partners but also to support it after GoLive (change requests, bug fixes, continuous measures for stabilization).
  • You support execution by developing robust automation and conceptualizing, applying, and continuously improving practices and workflows in development and operations.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • The basis of your success is a completed bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent, ideally with a strong business background.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practice in business and are familiar with automating processes with RPA, ideally with UiPath (incl. UiPath Developer certification).
  • You have superb IT and software skills and are confident in using Office365 (incl. SharePoint and PowerAutomate) and have experience in automating SAP.
  • Agile development models, especially SCRUM and DevOps, are familiar to you. A certification in this area is a plus, as well as in ITIL.
  • You are a strong bi-lingual communicator - you speak and write English well and are proficient in at least one programming/database language (C, C#, Java, SQL, …).
  • KNIME, Alteryx, and Mendix don't sound like the next FinTech or video streaming service providers; ideally, you use one or more of these tools regularly.
  • You are an analytical and critical thinker who can express thoughts clearly and target the appropriate audience.
  • You put the customer first and can systematically bundle, implement and communicate different partners' requirements in a profitable way for everyone.
  • And finally, you are curious, want to shape our journey actively, and "boldly go where no one has gone before."
