Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
• Target setting of distributors and implement fulfillment.
• Implement Distributors comprehensive and systematic framework setup
• Grow distributor business with existing partners and develop new partners to increase partner business in focused customers /branches and product portfolios coverage.
• Enhance distributor capability by training and encourage partners to bring value addition in their business to win competition in market.
• MBP setup, communication, and implementation.
• Other assigned tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Has experience or potential in channel business and sales operation
• Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
• Quick learner with good business sense.
• Proficient in English both written & spoken
• Have comprehensive product and application knowledge in low voltage product.
• Team work spirit
