What will you do if join us?

  1. Prepares the relevant business data and KPIs report (SBTA , Sales Funnel, Market Transparency, Market/Customer, Projects, etc.) for assigned organizational units.
  2. Support cross business alignment (SU, BU, global) be responsible for business review support assigned organizational units.
  3. Systematically coordinate sales excellence including daily sales tools maintenance and support sales activities (CRM, Trust IT, LAMS, SieSales, Qliksense) and optimization for assigned organizational units.
  4. Sales administration support, assigned organizational units level internal and external event: SU Meeting, exhibition, customer events,Annual Party, Outing, etc.
  5. Implement sales competence development activities in assigned organizational units level: Sales Unit Training Plan, New Comer Integration, Performance Improvement, Sales Competence Assessment, Sales Star, etc.)
  6. Other business management/internal communication/operation tasks assigned by SE Manager and assigned organizational units managers (e.g., assigned organizational units intranet, Org-Chart maintenance and regular update, circular preparation, newsletter, successful story and assigned organizational units promotion, etc.
  7. Marketing intelligence including marketing information, branch information, key competitor's

Who are we looking for?

  1. Over 2 years technical application experience, Sales Excellence or Marketing Consulting is preferred.
  2. Proven basic business understanding, team effort, awareness of expected value added.
  3. Demonstrate relevant experience in processes improvement, business methods or technical components.
  4. Bachelor or above, better major in automation
  5. Overseas study background is preferred
