What part will you play?

You will be a proactive, shaping, and trusted partner in our Electronics Works Fuerth (EWF) as a member of our Factory Product and Value Management (FPVM) team. You will be as well active member of the Factory Automation Manufacturing (FA MF) network. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving finance excellence and shaping future oriented finance reporting and controlling standards 
  • Ownership and governance for controlling and product value management factory processes
  • Responsibility for an accurate, timely reporting on financial figures as well as supporting the business with dedicated analysis and predictive scenarios
  • Promotion of cross functional cooperation within MF network
  • Ensuring the profitable growth – the focus should be on wholistic factory and product value management to ensure the competitiveness of products, factory, and manufacturing network (focusing on reaching BU’s optimum)
  • Participation, collaboration and financial ownership within strategic projects of EWF  

What you need to make real what matters.

As a successful candidate, you will have a demonstrated track record in building and developing best practices in a high-growth business environment. 

  • Your personality incorporates growth mindset, a strong drive for results and great openness for change
  • Successfully completed Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the same or similar role; international experience would be a great advantage
  • Strong expertise in controlling (e.g. planning / forecasting, reporting, analysis, value flows)
  • Experience working in Program Office & Strategic Initiatives and using your networking skills
  • Proficient in classic tools such as SAP and MS Excel, as well as experience with BI Tools (e.g. QlikSense)
  • Professional Fluency in English and German
