Then come in and join our Malaysia team as Admin Assistant & Logistic Support (Contract) to process and coordinate orders, product returns / replacements and product warranties including processing order confirmation to customers, ordering to vendor and monitoring deliveries .
Your task and responsibilities :
  • You will act as Asset Coordinator mainly for tagging, maintain, transfer, W/Off, Loss / theft reporting& claims, IT liaison's for outstation staff and new hires arrangements & retiree checklist, counts & capitalization of assets and Customer Service Engineers(CSE) tools.
  • You will perform billings / invoices processes  including creation of Purchase Order (PO) / Purchase Request (PR). 
  • You will be responsible for (SRS) Telekom/Maxis - estimated 50 new connections for FY22 and maintaining 170 existing connection, new line application. 
  • You will prepare costing for FO creation, raise PR, raise application (Email / follow up with vendor, sort broadband unit with dedicated sim card (maxis), update SRS list , annual renewal for Frame-Work agreements, line connections issues & termination letters , bills processing, bills to payment team, SRS bills tracking / follow ups on timely manner. 
  • You will  be responsible for NEXUS process includes ; PR creation for various CS issues (New Vendors, Notebooks, office equipment, office IT supplies, etc.).
  • You will coordinate with stakeholders to prepare trainings letters , training materials, events & meetings / catering arrangements.
  • You will support on  nominations, prepare delegations, vendor creation / extension / updates.
  • You will backup and extend support to the Logistic Team 
  • You will support tools calibration; follow up on tools due for calibration. 
  • You will coordinate arrangement with CSE and Vendor on timely basis Standby on receiving and coordinating of spare part/ tools and certificate.
  • You are required to be on standby on receiving and coordinating of spare part/ tools and certificate when required. 
  • You will support in letter preparation for VISA application – (internal & visitors) . 
  • You will support  Hotel Bookings (normally for RSC, HSC, Oxford, Assist outstation engineer with approval (HOD, CFO, CEO). 
  • You will be responsible for courier arrangement for outstation engineers (documents, parcels, assets etc.) / prepare parcels annually (i.e. diaries etc.). 
  • You will assist and execute on company events when is required .

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed  Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You have at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Experience with the Healthcare industry preferable
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

  • You are  analytical and able to problem solve independently
  • You takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work as well as collaborating with others
  • You are meticulous and resourceful 
  • You able to commence work at short notice (Immediate Hiring)
