As part of a Zone Software Sales organization, advocate and drive the development of allocated large, strategic portfolio domains through the identification of a clear target market and go to market strategy, and the execution of campaign centered strategies to leverage and maximize software opportunities. Define clear market expectations for your chosen portfolio domain, Identify what problems we are solving and the business value we are delivering to our customers, in order to build a compelling sales message and TIPS for campaign within each Country or Vertical, appreciating that these messages will differ between industry and between country or region.
Act as trusted advisor to Sales, PreSales teams within the Zone providing guidance on the planning, execution and measurement of portfolio development activities. Ensure Country / Vertical / Region portfolio execution plans provide coverage for the Zone requirements. Act as key point of contact for Country / Vertical / Region Sales and Channel teams for campaign knowledge and portfolio domain expertise. Establish and track measurable goals for monitoring portfolio growth against each campaign and portfolio across Region or Zone provide feedback to Global PFDs on content and lessons learnt, and guidance for enhancements to improve materials.
Using strategic planning data, identify potential areas for new Campaign development and drive their creation, within own portfolio. Communicate and share best practices and lessons learnt across the Countries / Regions and evangelise globally. Works on portfolio domains including campaigns of the highest complexity and strategic importance across the Digital Enterprise
Works under self-management on assignments/pursuits and will determine solutions, methods and procedures. Provides guidance and mentoring within and beyond Zone to others on portfolio development approaches in specific portfolio domains
Strong spoken and written English skills a MUST
Must have 5-10 years of experience in sales, technical presales or business development in supply chain and manufacturing-related enterprise software technology/solutions.
Strong consultative background in supply chain network optimization, transport management systems and inbound/outbound logistics.
Industrial and/or Supply Chain consulting background and expertise in logistics solutions such as SAP TMS, Supply On, E2Open, AX4 or similar and/or production logistics solutions
A completed BA/BS degree is required.
Ability to articulate end to end Digitalization message and incorporate the Digital Logistics message to the customer and ability to map in Siemens technology to the customer requirements and vision.
Real world industry experience in logistics and demonstrated capability to be the trusted advisor for the client within new or existing customers at various organizational levels
Practical experience with Manufacturing Planning, MES, Quality, Scheduling, Plant and Process Simulation and Manufacturing Intelligence software in diverse manufacturing industries and environments.
Proven written and presentation development skills required, with strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint and Tableau
An understanding of organizational management is critical
Must have the ability to multi-task

Collaborate and drive results with diverse teams across multiple internal and external organizations
Formal and informal networking across company
