The IT governance unit “Organization and Transformation” drives the transformation in close interaction with the CIO and IT leadership team. We aim to leverage the full potential of the IT organization and its people in line with the Siemens company priorities, Siemens IT vision and IT strategic framework. We enable a learning and adaptive IT organization fitting the needs of a changing environment driven by digitalization, empowered employees, and effective communication. 

Using your expertise, you will lead a team of passionate and competent people (10-15) driving: 
  • Organization and Cultural Transformation:
    • Organizational design for agile and digital transformation 
    • Transformation, Change and Culture activities, tools and methods 
    • Learning organization 
  • People Excellence:  
    • Workforce Management: Strategic Workforce Planning, Competency and Skill Management, People Excellence Analytics 
    • Learning Community: Development Journeys and Career Paths, Up-/Reskilling 
    • Talents/Entry Level Programs, University Relations and Employer Branding 
  • IT Communication & Marketing: 
    • IT communication strategy 
    • CIO communications  
    • IT employee communication and event management 
What you need to transform the everyday with us: 
  • The basis for your success is a successfully completed master's or PhD degree in IT or business administration with focus on IT or a similar degree
  • You convince with strong strategic and management consulting skills paired with strong implementation focus, paired with operational responsibility, ideally incl. transformation program
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in leading, coaching and developing large teams in large international IT or Technology companies as well as excellent communication, presentation and professional networking skills in English and in German
  • You are characterized by your intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe
  • You see problems as opportunities, have a growth mindset, challenge the status quo, and permanently strive for outstanding results
  • You have solid experience in communicating, aligning, and managing stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive leadership
