What will you do if join us?

Fulfill the self sales target and lead sales team to fulfill team target defined in respective Financial Year;

完成当个财年度定义的自己的销售目标,并带领销售团队完成当个财年度定义的团队目标;

Promote designated Siemens products to the Railway market;

向铁路行业市场推广西门子指定产品;

Keep frequency contact to customer, distributor, general contractor, partner etc. and establish good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments;

与客户、经销商、总承包商、合作伙伴等保持密切的联系,并与各部门建立良好且有效的长期关系;

Observe the market to develop new and more business opportunity / offers / partners / channels;

观察市场,开拓新的、更多的商机/优惠/合作伙伴/渠道;

Provide input to sales forecast; collect all available market data and forward to supervisor;

为销售预测提供支持;收集所有可用的市场数据并转发给主管;

Provide customer with up-to-date information (products, prices, documentation); Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion (i.e workshops, seminar roadshow and etc.), guide the customer and make added value to the customer;

为客户提供最新的信息(产品、价格、文件); 定期安排新技术、新产品的推广(如研讨会、路演等),引导客户,为客户创造附加值;

Be familiar and implement the strategy, price policy, process of the business units;

熟悉并执行各业务单元的战略、价格政策、流程;

Other related tasks assigned by superior;

完成上级交办的其他相关工作;

Guide and support team member;

指导和支持团队成员;

People management: enhance team members' competence, aligns all members toward team excellence in order to ensure long-term success with motivated high calibrate employees;

人员管理:提高团队成员的能力,使所有成员都朝着团队的卓越发展,以确保长期成功与积极的高素质员工;

Support project team to conclude order;

支持项目团队完成订单;

Support BA team to collect payment;

支持商务团队收款;

Analyze win/loss projects.

Who are we looking for?

min. 10 years working experience for relevant industries related customers;

10年以上铁路行业相关客户工作经验;

Working experience in Railway Industry is a strong advantage

有铁路行业工作经验或同事优先;

SI products knowledge (especially GIS Medium voltage systems);

智能基础设施集团产品知识(特别是GIS 中压产品线);

Product and market knowledge;

产品和市场知识;

Commercial Knowledge;

商务知识;

Siemens policy and culture knowledge;

西门子的政策和文化知识;

Sales & Negotiation skills;

销售和谈判技巧;

Presentation & Communication Skills;

MS Office Skills;

Good oral and written English;
