Mobility Management, Turnkey Projects & Electrification, Mainline Transport, Urban Transport and Customer Services. They have the know-how to make road traffic flow more smoothly and quickly, make trains more environmentally friendly and efficient, make train schedules and freight shipments more reliable. We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges.

We would like to get onboard for the Project Management Office an Expert with skills in Operation Management.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Support to the R&D operations and planning process via MS Project On line and Excel tools:
• Support the Operations Management function in R&D.
• Support the implementation of Project Online in R&D.
• Control panel and business analytics preparation.
• Support to the Project Managers, Area & Portfolio.
• Creation of reports with the R&D financial Tool (excel)
• Maintenance and improvement of R&D financial Tool (excel)
• Support during quality audits

Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Master or knowledge in Operations Mgmt.
• Advanced MS Project skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English & Spanish proficiency
• Previous experience with ERP is desired

Knowledge:
• Planning Tools.
• Business Analytics Tools (PowerBI, tableau,…)
• SAP (basic user level).
• Oracle Primavera (desired)
• Data analytics (desired)

It will be assessed:
• Willingness to learn the use of new processes and tools          
• Ability to work effectively across multiple groups.
• Proactiveness and autonomy
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Exhaustive/meticulous/organized person.
