What part will you play?
We are a growing team and invite you to participate in this future orientated and important market segment for all of us to be our PLM process manager (f/m/d).
  • You design and improve the PLM processes in cooperation with the process owner
  • You actively shape the transition of the PLM processes to the agile world
  • You define and perform reviews of all PLM processes and sub-processes
  • You set up and implement a global training and communication concept
  • You ensure the compliance with existing standards and regulations
  • You are responsible for the coordination of interactions with other process owners and process managers
  • You monitor and review effectiveness of the PLM processes (KPI-based)
  • The collection of feedback from the process users in order to continuously improve the processes is also a important part of your tasks
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis of your success is a master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar
  • You have long-term experience in portfolio management, R&D and/or change management and you are familiar with the according process world
  • You know how to define, review and release processes in a structured way
  • You have convincing communication skills – verbal and written
  • You are used to working in an agile environment
  • You have the drive and the background to push improvements until they are implemented
  • Developed coaching and training skills will ensure successful process trainings and implementations
  • You have been working in an international setup
