Job Description

Position Title: Digital Transformation Analyst

Location: Southaven, MS

Position Overview:

The Digital Transformation Analyst will be responsible for developing and enhancing existing in-house reports and dashboards for the Smart Infrastructure Distribution Centers and Supply Chain. The function of this role is to digitalize and report data as well as to create predictive forward-looking scenarios based on historical data trends. The Digital Transformation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing current business processes in scope for digital automation and creating reports, work with the IT team to query and pull data, test plan development and implementation of new digital reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting, technical, and analytical support for Smart Infrastructure Distribution Centers, Warehouses and Supply Chain
  • Provide analytical support to identify gaps or inefficiencies in data collection. Identify opportunities to become more efficient and drive digitalization of reports.
  • Use advanced communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are achieved
  • Work with IT Systems Team to resolve any system issues associated with data queries and reports. Define and drive implementation of corrective measures where required
  • Define requirements for enhancements to reports and dashboards and perform testing to meet requirements. Troubleshoot, log issues, and follow up to resolution.
  • Interface with Management and IT with complex process issues arise
  • Actively identify areas of improvement; participate in development of solution and implement plans to correct and prevent deficiencies.
  • Drive processes with a full understanding of dependencies and impacts to internal and external customers.
  • Work extended hours to support business needs as required.
  • Ability to conduct business in a professional and respectful way.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating management reports in a digital format.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge of Excel and Access
  • Proven ability to apply advanced communication skills to address internal system enhancements and issues
  • Demonstrated ability to apply problem solving and analytical skills for continuous process improvements
  • Proven ability to follow process, obtain required materials/documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to act as liaison with IT, management, and other teams/organizations, proactively managing customer relations
  • Proven Ability to work in data visualization software (QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Alteryx, etc…) and build basic dashboards, conduct data analysis (i.e., data research/validation) and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, Creativity, Critical thinking, Decision making
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions while handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to function calmly in a fast-paced environment that requires complex information processing.
  • Adaptable to change
  • Experience in data analytics, business analytics, report writing, visualization of metrics

Required Education

  • BS/BA in Data Analytics or Business Analytics or related fields required.
