As Siemens RSS, we offer smart building solutions and services, energy efficiency and digitalization solutions to our customers. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic sales professional who will identify, develop and finalize new sales opportunities.
What are my responsibilities?
• Connect and build relationship with new customers to identify and qualify sales leads (develop sales funnel).
• Understand customer needs and requirements. Being a part of project design, providing tailored solutions to customers, creating the highest work efficiency and profitability.
• Define, run, and start lobbying with market influencers such as planners, specifiers, insurance specialists, etc.
• Develop comprehensive proposal that includes technical solutions, BoQ, costing and commercial terms and follow up effectively.
• Make presentations at customer meetings, seminars and the other organizations.
• Work with operations, finance, project management, procurement, legal, and other inside and outside resources to obtain customer commitment.
• Conduct and finalize contract negotiation in coordination with the contract manager.
• Make required preparation for efficient project handover to Project Management.
• Keep current on market and business trends as well as competitors.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced level of Fire Safety and Security Systems knowledge.
• Basic level of Building and Lighting Automation systems knowledge.
• 5+ years of solution selling experience in related fields.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Expert level of knowledge in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of commercial fundamentals.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused.
• Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level.
• Active driver with no travel restrictions
