Job Summary:
This is a key role in the organization. The Network Operations Center Lead’s primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of the organization's customer support infrastructure. The Network Operations Center Lead provides overall expertise in the network operations functions and stays abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategy & Planning- Ability to define, implement and enforce the organization’s NOC policies and practices.
Leading – Provide guidance, escalation path, and forward thinking to the global EV team on customer support, tools, and processes.
Team Resource Management - Develop and mentor highly responsive and customer support teams to ensure the effective operation of the NOC. Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure effective management of issues and customer satisfaction.
Operational Management - NOC Lead will manage and provide, as needed, hands-on technical support work related to the overall health and maintenance of the global EV Charging population. This position will perform tier-2 and 3 escalation support and act as the point of contact in the NOC for all inquiries from Senior Leadership and other Managers.

Required Skills & Abilities:
Technical competency in the following areas will be foundational for success:
• Thorough understanding of EV Chargers
• Customer Support experience
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Underlying awareness of the bigger picture
• Willingness and ability to learn new products and network technologies quickly, often without the focus of formalized training.
• Ability to help construct a large renewal/subscription program for EV Charging SaaS
• Strong customer communication skills
• Salesforce experience

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree with qualifications in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or related fields and 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; EV Charging experience is also a key experience field
