Be part of our Customer Services team as an IT Specialist – Could Administrative in Dubai, UAE.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Perform tasks within a DevOps environment and work in an integrated working environment with software developers, supporting rapid infrastructure deployments.
  • Perform operating system administration for cloud systems, including installation, configuration, software patch, and system security.
  • Proactive monitoring of services.
  • Handle Incidents and problems to resolve within SLA for cloud applications
  • Manage software deployment and upgrades.
  • Manage technology like Docker, SQL & Non structured DBs - Mongo DB, API, Streamsets (DataOps).
  • Manage application development knowledge, Enterprise Java, VB, and GitHub. 
  • Windows and Linux Server installation and administration.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in cloud AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Java, VB, and GitHub applications.
  • Good knowledge of system administration for cloud systems, including installation, configuration, software patch, and system security.
  • Any IT certification in related technologies will be an advantage.
  • Able to work in shift patterns and handle shift duty individually & work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good organization, time management, and prioritization.
