SSME CS Service Logistics Supervisor

Job Description

Mission/Position Headline:
Work in CS ML AP 
reporting to Manager, Transportation & Warehouse Management. In this role he/she is 
responsible for Incoming inspection and clearing, Returns processing, Return Coordination 
and Complaint handling and Coordination of CS ML managed warehouse with 3PL 
(Singapore or China) to maintain goods quality according to the CS ML work instructions 
for the identification and clarification of newly processed goods and new products. In this 
function, this process is responsible for the following areas of responsibility, but not 
limited to: Initial check, Serial number check, Test according to batch and shelf life, Goods 
receipt according to the test text, Inspection according to product status / revision, 
Advanced Packing Testing, Damage handling, Special Bookings and Inventory / Identity 
Check.

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for warehouse operation performance
2. Process & 3PL interface Improvement /Initiatives. Owner of warehouse SOP
3. Inbound & Return Clarification
4. Cross-function communication including Training to 3PL and internal
5. Daily SAP operation and routine master data/table maintenance
6. Reporting and Analysis.

Dimension of Function/Volume:
1. Define and Update Warehouse SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) as per CS ML 
GWN guideline
2. Inbound & Return handling - (GRP, clearance and clarification, etc.) with on-site work 
in 3PL location
3. Define and implement warehouse operation tools and training to 3PL and internal 
functions
4. Supervisor 3PL operation to drive continuous process and productivity improvement 
(QBR, operation check and audit, issue log and action items etc.)
5. WMS/3PL IT interface to 3PL and Siemens internal consultant /IT support
6. SAP operation (SIMORA and Master data/table maintenance etc.)
7. Performance & Cost Report and Analysis
8. Project management and other tasks assigned the manager

Experience:
 More than 5 years of professional experience within logistics and/or customer service, ideally 
professional in a high tech multinational company.
• Solid experience in handling logistical processes, experience in spare parts processes preferred. Strong 
in IT tool management and data analysis. Solid experience in at least two processes of material logistics 
to have a full picture of logistics process.
• Good communication skills in English are essential. Candidate should be able to smoothly work with 
partners from different Asian cultures.
Bachelor degree or above with major in SCM /LOGISTICS /BUSINESS preferred
