HR IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Demand Manager preferably with a HR or IT systems background and experience with integrations of non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions. The position will have project management elements so any practice in this field would also be very advantageous.

 

To cover responsibilities like:

  • Manage the relationship with customers regarding their new demands (projects, system enhancement requests, incidents & escalations etc.)
  • Capture and analyse new demands and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation.
  • Lead HCM topics with strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-2-end processes and integrations.
  • Coordination/management global landscape and identify cross-topic dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.
  • Collaborate/define/implement complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios.
  • Coordination/management of integrations with non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions i.e. Workday.
  • Consulting P&O and supporting functions in the optimization and harmonization of business processes.
  • Handle local activities to support HR with integrating solutions into the Siemens IT landscape including cybersecurity

 

In general, we expect you have:

  • A passion of customer focus and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do
  • Several years of experience in HR and/or IT systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously
  • Experience and motivation to work in an international set up.
  • Capability to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service.
  • Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
  • Teamwork ~ with a bias towards virtual collaboration
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in projects or willingness to step into project management responsibilities is essential.
