Job Description

What will you do if join us?

•Achieve yearly sales target of own sales  and support region to achieve yearly sales target of own sales territory.
 完成个人销售目标并支持区域完成本区域的年度销售目标
• Grasp business opportunities and increase SLD market share in responsible area
  抓住业务机遇,提高负责区域内SLD的市场份额 
• Drive and support all external partners (System Integrators, Distributors) 
  激励并支持所有的外部业务伙伴(系统集成商,经销商)                
• Fully understand market trend and know competitors’ activities
  充分了解市场趋势,并掌握竞争对手动态
• Think and act actively for future business and make orientation and optimization suggestion to management 
  对未来业务进行积极思考和行动,并为管理层在导向和优化方面提出建议 

Who are we looking for?  

• Bachelor or above 
  本科或以上学历 
• At least 3 years’ sales experience in MV drives and HV motors
  三年及以上中压变频器和高压电机相关销售经验
• Knowledge of medium voltage drives or high voltage motors 
  具备中压变频器和高压电机相关知识 
•Knowledge of branch Such as steel, chemical and so on
  对行业有所了解,如钢铁、化工等行业
• Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen 
  良好的内外沟通技巧和学习能力 
• Good presentation skills 
  良好的演讲技巧
