We are looking for a Junior Project Manager based in Milan to be hired with permanent contract in our Grid Software business Unit

Your Challenge

The candidate will support us in our ultimate goal: accelerate the energy transition to net zero with our Software as a Service suite. She / He will report to Head of Integration & Services Italy, and she / he will be able to perform some of the following specific activities:

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of SaaS projects related to energy transition and e-mobility sectors
  • Build action plans, Gantt, flow schemes, delivering the assigned activities on time and on budget
  • Ensure the complete customer happiness and the correct application of the ongoing contracts and developing an effective and proactive relationship
  • Participate to the Project reviews showing all the critical metrics of the assigned projects to the Head of Integration and Services
  • Effective communication with internal partners (engineering, product development, proposal and purchasing teams) and cross Business Units
  • Organizing and producing all the vital documents to regularize the cooperation with external partners
  • Assist the Project Managers with project financials and schedule management while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
What you need to bring with you

You should already have an operational experience in leading this or similar role with:

  • A Bachelor and/or master’s in engineering, business or similar (Energy engineering is welcome)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and ambitious environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions with willingness to create something big together
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy for both numerical and written work
  • Open to continuous learning and improvement
  • Open minded and positive approach 
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an international and corporate environment is a plus
  • Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
  • Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
  • Ability to work with MS Office (Project, excel, ppt)
