We are looking for an innovative International Occupational Health and Safety Manager to develop, implement, and enhance global programs to deliver on our ambition of high employee health & safety, well-being, and organizational resilience. What part will you play?
  • You will be part of our Corporate Safety Team, responsible for maintaining robust and up-to-date governance on Health and Safety in a dynamically evolving "world of work".
  • As an expert in Health and Safety, you will define company-wide guidance and processes and support executive management in performing organizational and supervisory duties.
  • You play a key role in executing the EHS strategy together with the worldwide EHS community. 
  • You will continuously advance the corporate reporting and monitoring environment to direct executive and business management attention to what matters most. 
  • You will provide leadership, coaching, and development of the global EHS community toward Siemens Health and Safety ambitions.
  • You will apply your strengths as an expert, networker & facilitator and project manager to develop concepts, measures, initiatives, campaigns, and projects and orchestrate their cross-business, international implementation. 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have completed master’s degree in safety engineering, occupational health or a related discipline
  • You have already gained long-term experience working in EHS management in a large global organization
  • Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, best practices, and management systems, including reporting requirements (CSR, GRI, CSRD)
  • Your solution-oriented mindset and team player spirit who is capable of leading and working collaboratively across multiple businesses, regions, and functions
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence internal work systems and processes
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally, as required
  • Fluent in English is a must. Good knowledge of German and coaching skills are an advantage
