  • Consulting and support for top management regarding IT infrastructure and business processes including concept development and selection of information and communication solutions
  • Independent identification and implementation of quality assurance measures
  • Adaptation of existing solutions and business processes to customer requirements through process harmonization, consolidation of applications, design of interfaces as well as infrastructure and IT services
  • Planning of events and implementation of all necessary parameters in coordination with the customer, evaluation of the existing infrastructure, introduction of innovative and high-quality solutions, coordination with all service providers involved and postprocessing of the respective event
  • Systematic identification of vulnerabilities and definition of measures that ensure compliance with high service standards and security requirements
  • Creative participation in technical committees and user groups

  • Successfully completed 3 year vocational training or University studies
  • Professional experience in IT support for top management 
  • Experience in working on IT projects, knowledge of sub-project management desirable
  • Advanced experience and knowledge in planning and implementation of new designs in the office area (office rooms, conference rooms, video solutions) considering the latest technology, the highest safety standards, innovation and value for money
  • Advanced knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT systems, processes and Management of deployed applications
  • Good knowledge of service management methods and tools, e.g. SLA, KPI reporting and monitoring as well as administration of common MS Windows systems
  • Professional handling of customers and partners and high flexibility and motivation to act responsibly
  • Business fluent German and English
