What you will do:
- Grow Building Products business, mainly OEM and new customers, through indirect sales channels (partners)
- As a door opener to develop key accounts in end users (enterprises), designers (consultants), and resellers/installers
- Build up Siemens brand image and influence power to all stakeholders
- Achieve (over-achieve) KPI of own targets. Co-work and support colleagues to achieve (over-achieve) team targets
- Promoter of OEM (OEM customer & territory new customers)
What we are looking for:
- Over 5 years or above in sales/marketing function
- Good at selling, oral presentation, agile interaction. Quick learner
- Good understanding or connection in Real Estate Developers, HVAC Consultants, Suppliers, Resellers business or OEM manufactures
- Career experience in multi-national working environment is a plus
- Fluent in Chinese and good command in English
