Siemens Financial Services is growing fast and faces exciting opportunities. We are looking for a Collections Manager to support our business in Finland. The work location will be Espoo, Finland.

In this role you will be a core part of our exiting journey and work in a function with strong team spirit. When this is a Nordic organization collaboration between colleagues in Collection departments in Sweden and Norway will be regular and cross functional with Risk-/Operations- and Sales departments.

Areas of responsibility

You are responsible for our Collections department of four Collectors. You, as a manager, will manage the daily work but also work part of you time with ordinary collections work. Collections handle overdue cases, complaints, reconstruction, bankruptcies etc. which gives us a varied working day.

As a manager you also ensure that the Collections Team achieve all performance targets, developing and implementing solutions which positively impact the team's performance.

You will be a part of the management team in Finland and responsible of optimize our case handling, develop our processes when needed and be part in common projects.

We would expect from you

  • a couple of year’s experience as a manager
  • >4 years’ experience from bank, leasing, or collections work
  • fluency in writing and speaking Finnish
  • you are motivated, efficient and take responsibility for driving your area of responsibility and tasks.
