Mission/Position Headline:
The BL Controlling manager is accountable for financial matters of the respective BL in SSME. Ensures financial reporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal control systems aligned with BL/DI/SSME Finance strategy and governance requirements. To be the trusted partner in business, working in close cooperation with BL Head and BL HQ to provide most effective support to the business.
Areas of Responsibilities:
Ensures financial reporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal control systems aligned with Healthcare Finance strategy and governance requirements from Siemens Finance and Healthcare Finance for Business Area.
Ensure the efficient and high quality of budget, forecast, Capex management, etc.
Supports BL/BA in day-to-day business activities, provides transparency of business insights to achieve the Business Area & Business Line Goals.
Actively drive business excellence including but not limited to inventory management, cash management, etc.
Actively drive digital transformation in SSME and SSME FI, promote digital mindset and enhance digital competence of team members.
Drive the continuous productivity and quality improvement.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
More than 7 years Finance/accounting area
>5 years' team leader experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting
