For our global department based in Prague, we are looking for a new colleague who will take on the role Data Project Manager for our Product Master Data. In this role you would drive and define rules and ways towards our new and future databases, data management and integration for our Industrial communication portfolio.

What will be your main responsibilities? 
  • You would be part of workgroups defining rules and ways towards our and future oriented databases 
  • Check and optimize existing data regards accuracy and completeness before importing to our databases
  • Optimize and find new mechanism as well as rules to get more a modern way to import data in existing systems (e. g. product master data etc.)
  • Creating data models and mappings to support the movement of data between different databases and applications
  • Creating reports that provide details on data quality issues and suggested solutions
  • Troubleshooting problems with data integration or data management systems
  • Collaboration with different business departments, product managers and other partners as well as teams cross Digital Industries of the Siemens company

What we require: 
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, electrical, industrial engineering and related fields 
  • Previous experience in Data Automation and Integration projects 
  • Ability to understand and think in programming structures
  • Proficient English for daily business communication 
  • Advanced German knowledge 
  • Knowledge in communication technologies and industrial networks is a big plus
