CRM Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Within our organization, our sales and CRM processes are supported by Shareville.  This is our Oracle CRM application. It consists of several underlying applications that together form the backbone of our sales process.

What will be your responsibilities?         

Professional support for Shareville users

  • You provide support with questions for the use of Shareville and sometimes support with installation or malfunctions.
  • You give training to new users and improve the level of knowledge to continuously improve existing users by providing additional training.
  • You create work instructions for users, manuals, videos, local procedures, or other innovative ways to improve the work of colleagues with Shareville.

Automate tasks and create reports

  • You develop macros in MS Office (to automate actions in Excel and Word). 
  • You create workflows (workflows) in SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • You create reports with Power BI and Qlik Sense.

Analysis and tracking of data and reports

  • You analyze HQ reports that are based on Shareville data and translate these reports into internal actions, KPIs, plans, etc.
  • You compare our internal reports with data from external parties.

Data quality in Shareville

  • You take care of the quality of our data at Shareville, so that it is continuously correct, complete and up-to-date.
  • You motivate and monitor users on data entry in Shareville, so that reports and analyses are accurate and marketing campaigns can be launched efficiently and adjusted if necessary and possible.

Collaboration and communication

  • You actively participate in local and international calls, meetings, projects and initiatives around Shareville and CRM and collaborate with colleagues abroad. 
  • You develop a good relationship with Shareville's approximately 80 internal users within our local organization. 

What profile should you have?

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree
  • Several years of experience in a similar position and/or CRM experience are a plus.
  • You are proficient in Dutch, French and English (written and oral).  
  • You have a passion for software and applications and a very good knowledge of MS Office software. Experience with Oracle, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power BI and Qlik Sense software is a plus.
  • You are able to organize and automate tasks efficiently.
  • You have a strong analytical ability to effectively interpret and monitor different reports. 
  • You are naturally proactive, helpful and get satisfaction by supporting, training and advising your colleagues.
