Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will work in publicly funded research project jointly e.g. with TU Dresden and other academic institutions
- You are involved in setting up a measurement system in a CT scanner
- You will conduct measurements
- You will create channel models
- You will characterize the wireless channel conditions within a quickly rotating CT scanner and assess the suitability for data transfer at up to 200GBit/s

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a master's or diploma degree in electrical engineering or equivalent according e.g. to the doctoral regulations of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering at TU Dresden
- You already have knowledge Office365 applications
- You have initial experience in operating electronics measuring equipment and in laboratory work
- You have experience in the evaluation of test results using e.g. Matlab or Python
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- You are interested in wireless communication and scientific work
- You show interest in topics like radio systems, antennas, and high frequencies
