Mission

Sales Commercial is responsible for non-standard pre-sales and after-sales commercial topics with defined responsible scope in a team or sales unit:

- bid preparation and commercial negotiation to win business opportunities and ensure Siemens' interests

- non-standard commercial topics including bank guarantees, risk management, etc.

- complaint and claim management

What are my responsibilities?

Prepares bid documents, negotiate commercial T&C with customers to win business opportunities and ensure Siemens' interests within defined responsible scope
Non-standard commercial topics including bank guarantees, risk management, etc. Complaint and claim management if dispute arise
Special commercial terms/milestones implementation and follow up. Assets clearance in complicated cases
Understands customers' needs and priorities, improve customer's satisfaction within appropriate framework
Other related tasks assigned by superior
 
What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree or above, major of international trade is preferred

With a minimum of 1 year sales commercial related working experience 

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience

Familiar with international trade practice and rules

Experienced in logistic issues of order processing

Basic knowledge on Contract Law, Chinese TAX system and INCOTERM

Commercial bid and Contract negotiation experience

Competence to meet Industry 4.0 and Digitalization new requirement

Familiar with commercial process and the impact of different process

Basic commercial report reading and understand audit point

Good communication skill with internal /external contacts

Good SAP and office software knowledge

Fluent English in reading and writing

Work under pressure and is adaptable to frequent business travel
