What part will you play?

  • Preparing and processing of export relevant documents for shipments, asking for approval if needed
  • Creating certificates of origin and invoice attestation together with BERLIN- IHK
  • Creating A.TR for Turkey shipments
  • Requesting legalization of documents from Embassy (via CIBT)
  • Getting confirmation of arrival for EU shipments
  • Creating drop invoices and international invoices
  • Supporting our team in Goa/India with carting orders, acting as communication interface with customers and creating import invoices for shipments from customers and suppliers to Goa
  • Creation of special documents, ensuring packing as per IATA regulation and execution of shipment for dangerous goods (we will provide you an intensive training on the topic first)
  • Working on shipments with letters of credit
  • Working with our tool Global Trade Platform
  • Creating export documents as per letter of credit
  • Sending documents via Bank for payments

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You completed a vocational training in the commercial sector and have many years of experience in the field of customs and export control, in particular supply chain area
  • Alternatively, you completed a university degree in logistics or comparable
  • You are confident in using SAP R3 and experience on export shipments
  • Sound MS Office skills as well as good German and good English skills round off your profile

Providing the following competencies would be advantageous:

  • Knowledge in working in ATLAS (German Customs Software)
  • Experience with handling of air freight security, dangerous goods and letters of credit
  • Experience with obtaining Certificates of Origin from the IHK
