The director of Strategy & Sales Excellence reports to the CEO of Siemens Large Drives LLC, head of Large Drives Americas. This position is an integral part of the Americas management team and is responsible for crafting and implementing strategic and sales excellence programs.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Strategy & Sales Excellence team.

Develop and lead ambitious growth on strategic programs for the Americas. Lead strategic programs with Americas country CEOs. Achieve landmarks on strategic programs.

Lead Sales Excellence program to drive Sales Process, CRM Tool execution and CRM data insight. This responsibility includes acting as Americas CRM tool manager, key agile process team member of CRM tool transition, CRM Champion for the Americas. Work with sales organization to support customer Account Development Plans and Sales KPIs. Drive adoption of data analytics.

Analyze business environment, set up tactical targets, monitor metrics required for success of whole organization.

Who You Are and what you will need to succeed:

Collaboration – Work in a global matrix organization ensuring alignment and teamwork between key partners.

Execution – Manage and facilitate business programs across Large Drives Americas to deliver results and achieve commitments to customers and shareholders. Operate in an ambiguous and changing environment. Inspire change and tackle problems.

Consultation – Counsel and mentor Americas country heads and teams on topics related to business, people, projects, and processes.

Sell – Leverage knowledge and skills to support selling teams to drive growth and optimally apply CRM tools and CRM processes (including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Analytics, Power BI).

Team Development – Demonstrate a growth mindset to develop and grow the lead team and the organization. Demonstrate leadership skills and act as a role model.

BS/BA in related subject area and advanced degree preferred.
