SSME CT Logistics Officer

Job Description

Ensure material availability for production and delivery in the meantime avoid material shortage and keep inventory in a cost effective way
Supplier performance (delivery reliability and quality) monitoring
Close communication with suppliers and give early alert of materials shortage or quality problems in case any unexpected situations happen to suppliers
Suppliers’ nonconformity materials handling and try to minimize NCM inventory level and handling time
Close communication with R&D department for phase out materials planning to reduce excess materials
Bonded materials calculation and handling
Major Working Partners & Contacts:
- Internal contact: Internal: CT SCM , BA, SPR, Import & Export
- External contact: External: Suppliers


Bachelor degree
over 3 years working experiences in materials planning, purchasing, and inventory controlling
Very rigorous working attitude and sensitive to figures
Bonded materials handling experiences are preferred
Good communication skills with internal and external parties
Good English skills both in oral and writing
SAP working experience is preferred
Learning attitude, proactive and continuous improvement orientation
