  • You will be responsible to plan and implement effective integrated communications strategy to achieve strategic objectives, protect and enhance the brand in the marketplace
  • develop project, product/solution and bid-specific communications campaigns/plans and messaging to build reputation
  • plan & implement branding, events, exhibitions, digital marketing, media relations, content as well as internal communications and employee engagement
  • be independently responsible for the targeted marketing and publication of content in relevant channels, considering the corporate design guidelines and the storytelling approach
  • run day-to-day market communication operations with the help of internal and external partners
  • responsible for budget planning, monitoring and control processes and ensure coherence with internal guidelines and resources
  • independently create concepts and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with internal Centers of Expertise for Media Relations, Employee Communication and Digital Communication
  • partner and work closely with multiple customers across regions, management, business development, sales, HR, R&D for all important communication topics and implement them independently, maintaining coherent communications and tone of voice as a multinational brand
  • analyze trends and the communication activities of the competition in your area of ​responsibility, the development of messages and texts suitable for our different target groups, as well as the development and implementation of innovative digital communication tools
  • defining and measuring relevant KPIs for communications activities.
  • following Siemens governance guidelines and ensuring they are implemented.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • a degree in Mass Communications or MBA
  • 4-7 years of hands-on professional experience in the communications set-up of a multinational firm or relevant brand marketing experience in advertising agency
  • a consistent track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with several years of experience in developing and implementing powerful communication concepts and campaigns
  • a good understanding of implementing 360 integrated marketing communications activities
  • You have experience using digital marketing for both visibility and lead generation campaigns
  • knowledge of Smart Buildings, Infra & Utilities sector and its communication landscape is desirable.
