Team Leader with English - H2R ORS

Job Description

We are looking for a H2R Operations Team Leader, to be hired in our GBS organization and join our team in Prague or in Ostrava. You will be leading, coaching and supporting our support agents for various H2R applications used within Siemens.

What will you do if join us?

  • Coordinates the activities regarding the performance and execution of defined range of (administrative) tasks related to PA activities according to guidelines and procedures for (an) assigned organization(s) and leads employees in team assigned.
  • Ensures adherence to defined HR PA guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards.
  • Acts as first point of escalation in order to solve operational or procedural issues.
  • Oversees operational processes and leads employees in the team assigned.
  • Responds to non routine inquiries from internal customers, on an escalation level.
  • Ensures creation, transmission and processing of data files between various stakeholders.
  • Oversees effective usage of the standard global IT landscape to efficiently execute HR processes.
  • Ensures effective liaison with authorities and with local organization units, if necessary.
  • Day-to-day operational management of respective service portfolio delivery and fulfillment of the agreed ISA SA light in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines
  • Contributes to people development

What you need to bring with you:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Result and customer oriented
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Fluent English and Czech both in spoken and written (German can be advantage)
  • Experience with similar position can be advantage
  • Microsoft Office and other standard office tools (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint) - advanced
  • Passionate and ready to handle issues related to H2R IT tools
