Job Description

Job Summary: Represent BP in the country (internal / external) as well as in the RC managing team and –committee.
Maximize profitable and sustainable market exploitation for BP in the country. Develop / optimize BP organization and go-to-market approach in alignment with BP S (in Assigned countries w/ BP Head Lead Country).


What are my job responsibilities?
  • Has the country (RC) responsibility together with Head BA BP for all business activities within the Business Unit SI BP in the regional company.
  • Ensuring, that all strategic implementation and commercial aspects are considered in entrepreneurial decisions in the country (RC).
  • Ensures and leads the organization to achieve sustainably best financial results and processes with an optimal organizational structure and regional presence.
  • Responsibility includes strategy implementation, the regional target setting, performance measurement, early warning and risk management, regional forecast and reporting for SI BP.
  • Is the primary HQ partner and represents the Business Unit in the Region as well as the interest of the Regional Business Unit within Headquarters.
  • He/She supports and coaches the regional BP BA's according to the arms-lengths principle to ensure the achievement of business targets and drives business development and controlling on regional Business Unit level with focus on growing the business in the country.
  • He/She supports and delivers transparency for portfolio management and Channel Management decisions.

What do I need to qualify for the role?
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or in Business Administration/English
  • Marketing and sales in product business (3-5 years)
  • Experience in communication and cooperation with senior management and peers in other organizations (3-5 years)
  • Contract management & negotiation (3-5 years)
  • Leading a marketing & sales organization (3-5 years)
  • Work experience in an international, multi cultural environment
  • Market knowledge in building technologies
  • The work location is determine based out of major cities across the ASEAN region; Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand.
