What part will you play?
  • You drive competence development in the Headquarter engineering department (approx. 10 headcounts) covering Low Voltage/ Medium Voltage (LV/MV) distribution products & systems, IoTization as well as Protection & Automation products
  • You support our customers concerning technical questions, develop technical concepts, share knowledge and develop individual solutions especially for Protection and Automation portfolio
  • You improve internal service engineering processes and adjust those for the newer portfolio elements e.g. Protection & Automation as well as IoTization.
  • You drive the digitalization solution implementation in customer service projects
  • You are the owner for the development of the engineering capabilities in all Customer Service (CS) Regions worldwide
  • As part of the Customer Service Field Management team optimize and create a lean and agile global organization
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT or related disciplines
  • You have long-term experience with Protection and Automation solutions as well as LV/MV distribution systems
  • You have effective collaboration skills with customers, international teams and people of different functions
  • Furthermore, you have good leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire the CS Engineering team
  • You have experience in the area of Protection Relaying, Energy Automation, Power Quality, Smart Communication, Cybersecurity, Digitalization, Edge-computing, etc.
  • You have knowledge on DIGSI4/5, SIPROTEC3/4/5, SIPROTEC DigitalTwin, SICAM SAS/PAS/A8000, Grid Edge, etc.
  • Proficient German and English skills complete your profile
