As IT Service Owner (f/m/d) for Siemens Financial Services, you act as a central and trustworthy IT service owner ('Technical Product Owner') and as counterpart for the business functions Accounting & Controlling, Strategy and Compliance/Controls Management.
What role will you play? 
• In your new role, you design and are responsible for the complete IT service development and operation end-to-end for your business partners
• You define the strategy for your service
• You lead a team of different specialists (IT Service Managers, IT Business Analysts, IT Solution Experts, Developers, Project Managers, etc.), which is required to provide your service
• Another part of your job is the annual budget and resource planning as well as their continuous control
• You identify risks, proactively manage problems, and ensure that IT service operations requirements are addressed in projects
• In addition, you procure the responsible IT services (including all components of the IT services, e.g. licenses, external suppliers), support suppliers and service providers and monitor their efficiency
• You pass on knowledge and tasks from projects to the service company and ensure service quality (quality management) as well as continuous improvement of IT service and processes (strategic and operational)
• In addition, you optimize internal processes and standards and are responsible for the conformity of the IT service with industrial, Siemens and Siemens Financial Services IT guidelines, such as information security, ICFR, CERT, etc.
• You support and prepare audits, ensure compliance with audit requirements and carry out business impact analyses
We are looking for: 
• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, (business) informatics or similar
• You have at least 6 years of IT experience in a bank or financial service company, supplemented by responsible tasks in IT projects
• Ideally, you already have 4 or more years of experience in managing IT projects
• You have knowledge of financial services and/or software development (e.g. consolidated financial statements and reporting, financial instruments, credit financing, equity financing and risk management)
• You have a comprehensive understanding of IT as well as knowledge of service and project management (e.g. in the field of credit, rating and/or risk applications)
• In addition to your customer orientation, you are characterized by excellent communication skills and by your analytical and strategic thinking
• Your business fluent in English (German knowledge is a plus) skills round off your profile in our international environment
