What will you do?

We have an opening for a Service Coordinator Supervisor to join our team. Your ability to work in a fast paced environment, will add to your success in this role!

What will you do?

Your primary focus will be to Supervise and Support the Service Coordination team, and Billing Coordination team while working with the Zone North team.

Responsibilities include HR related actions such as vacation approval and scheduling, back up and support for the team if short-handed, participating in developing and roll-outs of new programs and procedures, vacation coverage for Zone North Coordinator Supervisors.  Some travel to other branches, or training as required (up to 30%)

Your team and back up support task:

Service Coordination: focus is to respond to calls from customers, to understand their needs and to respond appropriately; dispatch technicians to on-call services and planned maintenance visits to guarantee customer satisfaction and to optimize profitability of the division.

Billing Coordination: manage the billing of Time and Material services by verifying performed services and invoicing requirements.

  • Be organized: know how to prioritize tasks and complete them on time
  • Ease of working in a fast-paced environment that constantly changes
  • Concern for quality: follow established standards and improve when possible
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Motivated and efficient under pressure; good problem-solving / decision making skills
  • Sense of empathy; Team spirit; Collaboration skills
  • Mandatory: Bilingual (English/French) verbal and written communication skills
  • The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):
    • The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally.
    • The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally.
    • The role requires supervision of employees located outside of Quebec.

  • SAP systems Knowledge
  • Basic accounting / business accounting knowledge
  • Previous Supervisory experience involving a remote team
