What part will you play?

As direct report to the Head of Digital Industries Information Technology (DI IT) and the Digital Industries Customer Services Finance Head (DI CS FIN), you will head a strong IT Partner Organization, with teams, that focus on driving the digital transformation of the Business Unit Customer Services. Your goal is to increase business value through the use of IT by leveraging the global IT service portfolio and budget in order to identify suitable solutions cross Business Units, Countries and Functions.
  • Being actively involved in the co-design of the Business Unit’s digital strategy and proactively mentor the Customer Services management team on the new technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to their goals 
  • Ensuring technology strategy, architecture, digital innovation, resource planning, organizational development and financial planning while continuously ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Evolving the company’s digital transformation and build an innovative and sustainable blueprint that goes beyond current organizational thinking and scales to have an impact on multiple teams
  • Coordinating operational activities including project delivery and execution and execute with the respective critical partners, such as cyber security, infrastructure, quality and compliance, that requirements and regulations are considered and implemented
  • Supplying with your engagement to build the future of our company by transforming our business processes and IT applications into new business models based on a seamless digitalized IT reference architecture
  • Run, prepare, and drive a very broad selection of topics and strategic programs in close collaboration with partners and IT teams across all process domains (CRM, PLM, SCM, M&S) and countries in our Digital Industries Organization.

Your profile for "Making the future possible".
  • University degree with an excellent academic track record and gained experience in leadership with strong people-orientation and leadership
  • Shown experience in the Customer Service IT environment as well as knowledge of common IT platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake and Microsoft)
  • Proven impact in different IT and Digitalization leading positions inside or outside Siemens, already been successful in leading strategic organization-affected projects and in developing IT architecture landscapes with the appropriate digitalized processes throughout several domains
  • It is easy for you to convince by your strong analytical thinking, your result and solution orientation combined with strong negotiation skills on C-level
  • Driving modern leadership style and skills, to empower, develop and inspire your team and partners
  • Combined with proficient people leadership skills you enjoy working in an agile multi-national organization - showcasing also our culture of new normal and empowerment

  • Highly proficient in German and English
