Mode of employment: Full time only
Functional Area: EHS management, Project Site Engineering, Project Management

What are the responsibilities?
Facilitate to establish and maintain an effective EHS Management System as per ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard for the EA Solution Project business with focus on Country / HQ processes. 
Act as EHSMip as per PM @ Siemens guidelines and implementation of EHS gates.
Conduct periodic site EHS assessments and drive implementation Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) for areas of improvement
Prepare site EHS plan, Conduct kick-off meetings & contractor evaluations.
Monitoring and development of site EHS officer for EHS performance and work closely with business to improve their overall competency.
Support BU EHS in carrying out various activities i.e EHS Workshops, EHS campaigns 
Analysis of monthly site EHS data from various sites and consolidate for monthly EHS dashboard and BRM slides
Actively participate in bid phase of Project orders to understand customer EHS requirements and ensure adequate EHS cost for Site infrastructure, Equipment’s, Competency, Trainings and accordingly plan for the Orders with Business.
Ensure implementation of Siemens EHS KPIs reporting system (EHS dashboards, incident investigations, Quentic, etc.) on project sites with focus on monitoring and continual improvement.
Visit project sites, interact with customer and contractors on EHS topics and ensure compliance to agrees protocols / requirements.
Identify, conduct, and facilitate EHS training of Siemens and site team manpower and evaluate effectiveness of such trainings

Minimum 8 – 10 years of successful experience in Project / Site Management and
5 - 6 years of experience in EHS Implementation in Construction Projects/ Substation Projects. 
Experience in managing EHS systems in complex projects / service sites (Operation & Maintenance) will be an added advantage.

Education & Training:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and EHS related recognized qualifications / Certificates (e.g., ADIS, NEBOSH).
Evidenced training/expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS topics.
Expert level knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system and implementing/ managing management system elements.
