Controlling officer / 财务控制专员

Main Responsibilities

• In charge of SPR (Special price request) sanity check and reporting, including:
• Monthly on-line or on-site sample check SPR cases to ensure the whole process and regulation have been fully complied
• Identify any abnormal points and investigate root course
• Timely report to management on sanity check result and findings
• Regularly analyze OEM and SI performance from different perspective in order to identify potential risk and abnormal areas
• In charge of other special controlling and reporting topic, like PUMA productivity, SBTA(Budget Target agreement), volume reports by sales units, all sorts of financial reports per requirement, etc.

Main Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree in Finance/Accounting/Statistics and related majors
• At least 3 years working experiences in financial or audit, big four audit experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS office (e.g. excel, ppt), BI (business intelligence) tool is a plus
• Open and brave enough to speak up
• Good communication to understand requirements from internal & external
• Professional English in oral & written
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, strong ability to work under pressure
