Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented
As part of the regional Partner Management team, you will be responsible for the enablement of our channel partners for our machine tool industry software portfolio. You will develop training programs and directly supporting partners. The target is to enable and support our partners to achieve long-term productivity and business goals.
• Development of high-level business solutions and technical value propositions for Partners, and the ability to present and demonstrate them effectively to prospect executives.
• Responsible for providing Technical and Product enablement to our Partners focusing on our CNC Shopfloor Management Software Platform and applications.
• Develop / Refine, Establish, Product Sales Enablement programs
• Develop initiatives required to achieve established revenue / product targets.
• Work with Channel Managers and Partners to implement strategies and enable execution activities focused on meeting the Partner Annual Business Plan goals.
• Work with Channel Managers and Partners to successfully pursue, scope, and deploy CNC Shopfloor Management Software solutions
• You ensure partners are technically enabled to achieve maximum value from the Siemens solution portfolio as it relates to different market segments
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Bachelor (or above) degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, computer science or business administration
• Several years of relevant PreSales experience in software sales with strong proven sales success in Software products for the manufacturing industries.
• Strong work experience and know-how in the environment of the machine tool industry with the knowledge of Software installations on machine tool controllers
• Experience and know- how in indirect or direct sales of complex and consulting-intensive software solutions
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Value-based sales skills
• Training/mentoring skills are preferred
• Proven ability to implement or define complex software solutions
• Technical Sales, project management and/or software/process consulting experience
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts and/or projects
• Consultative or process background and ability to lead people in discussions to uncover needs and prioritize requirements
• Strong technical background and understanding of how software solutions address customer business objectives
• Very fluent English
