Software Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What role will you play?
  • Representing -- Leading the Grid Control Sales & Growth agenda for Grid SW;
  • Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and account development plans for retention and growth; securing challenging order intake results that meet or exceed business objectives;
  • Provide Customer escalation point for ongoing support, and gateway for product roadmap enhancements request;
  • Manage contract lifecycle, extensions and renewals. Including offer preparation, pricing approvals, and final negotiation;
  • Working in collaboration with many Siemens stakeholders, across Grid SW HQ; Product Sales, Technical Sales, Bid Management, Siemens Product Houses, IoT Solutions, GRID SW Business Leads and Sales Teams;

We are looking for:
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English is a must. Spanish is a plus;
  • At least 3 years of experience on sales related positions;
  • Demonstrable experience on utility and energy sector;
  • Knowledge on energy sector systems, power systems planning, operations and economics, and electricity markets;
  • Experience on Sales and Business Development;
  • Knowledge cloud technology: SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS experience;
  • Able to travel extensively on a regular basis and be flexible in the working week;
