What will you do if join us?

1. Satisfy Customer demand with reasonable inventory, good delivery performance from supplier                                                                                                                                

2.  In the job, put Enviroment, Occupational Health and Safety as the top priority, and follow the requirement of SEAL Safe Production  Responsibility.                                            

3. Support on monthly rolling local forecast to ensure the quality of production plan and material plan which is base on it.         

4. Monthly work out middle-term production plan (3-months plan)  for other divisions to make capacity preparation   

5. Release production orders to workshop base on customer orders and stock situation to ensure on-time delivery to customer            

6. Release purchase orders to supplier base on demand and stock to  ensure smooth produciton without missing parts 

7. Monitor and track purchase order status to ensure on time delivery from supplier 

8. Control inventory level to ensure no dead stock and slow moving stock 

9. Maintain and update master data in SAP system to ensure good data quality in system 

10. Support other related divisions on special topics such as quality problem 

11. Support other related divisions on special topics such as quality problem

12. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Who are we looking for?

1. Bachelor’s degree, major not limited;

2. More than 4 years of planning/purchase experience

3. Basic knowledge about project management

4. Be the expert on SCM area, especially on production planning and material planning

5. Working in different company cultures

6. Good communication skills

7. Good command of SAP system or other similar ERP system

8. Fluent English both in oral and written;
