Seamless collaboration with the Business Units (FA, MC GMC, PA AE) & Regional Sales to drive implementation of business objectives Key deliverables are:

Develop Sales footprint based on Div. Strategy for medium term (>=3 years).

Drive independently, new topics like Digital marketing, formulate the concept, get the buy in of all the stakeholders and make a short term as well as long term way ahead for Digital Marketing.

Drive all HQ related topics like, Pulse check, Sales steering and implementation in SieSales. Work towards pulse check driving with Sales in order to meet all the necessary criteria of successfully closing the Sales Maturity Audits with HQ. Lead management for enquiries via web / events like Hannover and SPS.

Drive all the initiatives within DI BD to improve the productivity of Sales and make life easy for the Sales community.

Develop benchmarks for Sales Channel productivity; measure/monitor actuals; recommend improvement measures; analyze customer data, recommend annual optimization of sales territories;

Monitor and drive market transparency improvement objectives thru SieSales.

Coordinate critical customer visits to factories.

Monitor Technical competency of the Sales force via skill management tool and ensure timely completion.

Active involvement in formulating, new processes via tools and processes and having interaction with the IT team in implementation and successful roll out of the new process in business improvement initiatives.


BE / BTECH Electronics, Instrumentation or Electronics & Telecommunication with 7 - 12 years or Post graduation in Business Administration with 7 - 12 years of experience.
