What role will you play?
  • Maintaining and making standard configurations on the existing set-up based on new insights or organizational changes, monitoring interfaces and automated tasks, maintaining authorizations, and filing activities and data in the Planon application;
  • Change Management to ensure that changes are initiated, evaluated, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented and documented in a controlled manner.
  • Making and maintaining document templates and writing Use Cases;
  • Defining and creating report in accordance to the user requirements;
  • Thorough and efficient communication via the ticketing tool with Key Users;
  • Further business process automatization via IT
  • Enable and build up IoT Solutions for Siemens
  • Digital Solutions for Building Automation with SRE (intelligent Workspace) 

We are looking for: 
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Experience in SaaS support
  • Experience in SaaS functional configuration
  • Planon knowledge is highly preferred but not required
  • Experience in Help Desk / Service Support
  • IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification, would be desirable
  • Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques and provide valuable input where applicable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Professional experience in IT departments support functions, would be desirable 
  • Basic accounting principles, would be desirable
  • Basic SAP knowledge, would be desirable
