Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Processes

Job Description

At Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will join a globally distributed team that’s driving the future of marketing. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Process position will be responsible for end-to-end process, data needs, and system flows. We are looking for an experienced SaaS marketing professional to advise on digital demand processes, QA and testing of data flows, analytic services of all marketing platforms and processes with a global impact.

The position will manage projects around analytics, process creation, operations and more. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on campaign execution and tool knowledge around digital marketing. Having an entrepreneurial approach and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to conceptualize campaign improvements through process management, analytics, and systems.

Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize marketing business processes across differing functional areas and marketing platforms
• Analyzes complex business problems using data from internal and external sources
• Provides actionable insight to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers
• Analyzes and defines metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives
• Will be a proponent of test/learn culture by enabling and supporting experimentation
• May provide consultation and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
• Stakeholder and project management
○ Manage projects from start to end: build timelines and important milestones, provide regular updates to Marketing Management partners and achieve delivery against agreed upon specs
• Directly produce processes and operational flows mapping to marketing business requirements
• Understand common pitfalls and caveats when designing and evaluating marketing technology and processes.
• Empower the marketing team to execute go to market strategy with chosen technology
• Gain a good understanding of internal and external tools, have clarity on program goals, campaign strategy and execution
• Support the execution of effective cross-channel (email, in-app, push notification, sms) marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and improve the customer experience
• Building measurement frameworks and processes around reporting/ sharing out key KPIs consistently across the team and capturing learnings and insights across the team, fueling a learning culture and an ongoing focus on optimization of discipline specific and cross-functional processes & workflows
• Identify organizational barriers and build processes and tools to overcome those
• Comfortable establishing systems, experience developing processes where little exists

Qualifications:
• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 10+ years of top tier marketing operations and processes management
• Expert communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and
cross-functional environment. Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and nontechnical
audiences
• Hands-on experience with managing and running a marketing tech stack
• Advanced skills with major marketing platforms such as Eloqua or Marketo
• Experience with Analytics, dashboards, and reports including Tableau, QlikView or similar
• Experience with marketing or sales analytics a huge plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience, technical and non-technical
• Experience with delivering marketing process recommendations to senior leadership and executive level audiences
• Hands-on to get things done fast and ability to work without continual guidance
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• The salary range for this position is $113,900 to $205,000 and this role is eligible to earn an additional 5-10% in variable pay.
