To fill these opportunities with life, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) who is experienced in state-of-the-art mechanical development and is actively driving new technologies. This role gives you the opportunity to work with expert colleagues around the globe and to have an empowered position to realize new ideas around motor designs.


What part will you play?
  • In your role you develop and design mechanical components, platform elements and building blocks for industrial electric motors
  • By doing that you ensure and improve product and component quality
  • Furthermore, you ensure design for manufacturing and automation together with manufacturing technology experts
  • You act as the technical interface for suppliers, sales, product management and customers
  • Working in close collaboration with related functions like quality, logistics, factory technology, production, procurement and controlling will also be part of your responsibilities 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • A degree in engineering and several years of related business experience is the basis of your success
  • You have a deep knowledge of electric motor design and industrial applications
  • You bring excellent mechanical knowledge and development experience
  • Additionally, you are well familiar with analytical and numerical simulation tools
  • You are experienced in quality methodology and state-of-the art manufacturing technologies, as well as in 3D-modelling in NX, including GPS and PMI
  • You obtain tool knowledge of Teamcenter and SAP
  • You can make decision based on insights
  • Very good English skills for close cooperation with our global R&D organization as well as international customers round off your profile
