This is your role. What part will you play:

In this role, you have the unique opportunity to drive the growth path of PTI consulting across the whole globe. Together with the regions you track our sales opportunities and develop sales push measures with them to identify new growth opportunities. 
In addition, your support is crucial to ensure the operational excellence in our projects and support the management with transparency. Thinking out of the box is highly welcome! 
Key roles and responsibilities include:

Regional Business Development
  • You take over the Opportunity Pipeline Management via Degree of Implementation logic in SieSales (Transparency, Monitoring, Discussions with business owners in HQ and GEOs)
  • Identifying sales push measures and driving sales campaigns falls within your area of responsibility
  • You contribute to the achievement of the global PTI growth target
  • Bid Management for selected cross PTI opportunities is also part of your responsibilities
  • Be the point of contract for regional PTI colleagues 
Project Management
  • Identify and implement outstanding project management tools and processes across all PTI offices in order to minimize administrative efforts and optimize processes (e.g., workload forecasting, project progress and profitability) will be the hallmark of your new role
  • You will empower consultants in all PTI offices to use the tools 
  • In addition, you will train and mentor PTI Project Managers based on your own project management experience
  • Establish a PTI Knowledge Management system which allows effective standard methodology sharing (e.g., lessons learned, references pool) will be one of your tasks
  • You review the most significant ongoing projects (Traffic light)

  • We are looking for someone who is eager for growth and enjoys working with our global colleagues to build new insights how to grow our business
    • In addition, you are passionate about establishing new processes and tools and are strongly into digitalization
    • Fields of expertise:
      • You have completed a master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering or have a comparable qualification
      • You have several years of experience in Business Development / Regional Management 
      • Furthermore, you have also experience in Project Management, either as a Project Manager or in a relevant role in Project Business 
      • You have an understanding of the commercial interrelationships in a Project Business / environment 
      • Moreover, you have the know-how in the digitalization of processes and tools incl. identification and implementation or at least you have the openness towards tools / digitalization
      • Ideally you have experience in implementation of a tool on a global scale 
      • You are flexible and familiar with performing in a fast-paced, diverse, and multifaceted business environment
      • Personally, you are a strong team player and have an international approach
      • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills (you like picking up the phone is the standard and TALKING to different regions) characterize you
      • A good command of English is a prerequisite for international exchanges
      • Experience with SieSales/BA Dash would be phenomenal
