Siemens Mobility KSA is part of the BACS consortium which is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro networks.

Today, we are recruiting a Tarining and Development Project Manager to Join our Project Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the project through job analysis, career paths and consultation with section and department managers.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with O&M project team members, trainers (internal and external) and customer to develop and deliver training.
  • Evaluate project’s obligations to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • Define and implement a competency management system aligned with the contractual requirements with the objectives to establish and maintain at the required level the competency of maintenance staff.
  • Continuously assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement and propose specific development plans for individuals in close cooperation with section and department managers to address identified gaps.
  • Manage the continuous improvement of training and competency management systems and processes in close coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform and assess risk management to minimize project risks, and escalate project risks to management when needed.
  • Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Drive Siemens values and quality objectives through all training and development activities.
  • Keep updated of training trends, developments, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and has a recognized qualification on similar.

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.

  • Experience in the transport industry is a plus.

  • Has good experince in field of administration and project management skills

  • An experince in a managerial role is a plus. 

  • Has a good command of both the spoken and written English language.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Good leadership skills.
