Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented.

As sales expert, your task is to position the Shopfloor Management Software of the Business Sub-Segment Unit Motion Control MTS DG. Primarily Mexican market and in certain cases South America market and thus help to steadily expand the business.

This is done primarily by:

  • Drive and achieve sales targets on in the assigned regions with End-customers. Implementation of the MC MTS DG G2M sales strategy / sales plan to increase market share.
  • Maintain healthy sales funnel, Identification of target customers, growth enablers & multipliers in the End-customer Machine Tool Systems environment, explore opportunities at existing customers as well as new market segments.
  • Well versed with innovative ways of selling, value-based selling, trend selling.
  • Piloting and elaboration of case studies, references and value propositions.
  • Good engagement with Industry associates and End-customers for leads.
  • Preparation of sales documents in cooperation with headquarters.
  • Conduct sales trainings, supports customer meetings & events, promotional activities, webinars, etc.
  • Systematic development of market transparency for MTS DG software.
  • Tracking & reporting of opportunity development, initiating corrective actions if necessary.

Your qualifications - well-founded and adequate

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in industrial engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Very Good knowledge of business models, extensive customer connects with senior level, and ways of working with various industry requirements with regard to digitalization / Industry 4.0
  • Affinity for industry software. Proven track record of software sales: Value based selling, Consultative selling.
  • High customer orientation as well as assertiveness and power of persuasion.
  • Professional experience in (technical or software) sales on CxO level will be added advantage.
  • Systematic, structured, analytical, goal-oriented work
  • Creativity, decision-making ability, strategic thinking
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Motivated, proactive, team player, intercultural, adaptive, flexible
  • Willingness for working hard, face challenge and travel – 70%
