Mission/Position Headline:

The CS Sales Operation Manager in central will support CS Sales to achieve/exceed CS Sales business goal in a timely manner by providing daily operation support, which including CS sales strategy execution, and order-to revenue process monitoring, etc to ensure a high sales forecast quality.  


Areas of Responsibilties:

1. Support CS-CRM management team to execute CS sales strategy to achieve / exceed CS sales target. 
2. Carry forward the developing, completing and maintaining the online data system. Achieve the high quality of CS-CRM business forecast/analysis by systematic and digitalization report 
3. Data preparation and PPT making for CS-CRM MOR as well as the relevant action items follow up
4. Funnel management including sales team pipeline access right management and update and continuous optimization
5. Forecast the business trend from multiple dimensions by using the CRM IT tools
6. Annual sales target setting support including rules, data preparation and check
7. Support CS-CRM sales incentive plan proposal, calculation, and rationality analysis.  
8.    Fulfill other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Experience:
At least 8 years working experience in operation or Sales related functions
Better with working experience in Healthcare related business, especially in customer service

Education:
Bachelor degree or above
